InstincTrader Privacy Policy

InstincTrader is an entertainment game about timing simulated market charts. It is not a brokerage, exchange, financial adviser, or investment service.

Data Stored On Your Device

The app stores username, birthday, profile choices, preferences, high scores, statistics, missions, streaks, achievements, Kudos balance, unlocked profile items, and feedback drafts locally on your device.

Multiplayer Data

When multiplayer is used, the app may send player ID, username, profile icon, room code or queue type, round settings, and game result statistics to the matchmaking server. This is used to create rooms, match players, collect results, and show multiplayer results.

Sharing

Share buttons use your device share sheet. Content is sent only to the app or service you choose.

Ads, Analytics, And Third-Party SDKs

The current testing build does not include production advertising, third-party analytics, or third-party crash reporting SDKs. If those services are added later, this policy and store disclosures must be updated.

Children

InstincTrader is not intended for children under 13.

Security

The production multiplayer service should use encrypted WSS connections. Local development may use unencrypted WS connections for emulator testing only.
